1990s

1990: Le Grezze is established at Highfields. Contruction of Brescia Boarding House begins.

1991: Junior 8 introduced. Brescia Boarding House opens. The old Brescia Boarding House is refurbished for classrooms (A16-19).

1992: 4 Rome Street is purchased for dormitory staff accommodation. Merici Block is extended.

1993: Salo Boarding House is refurbished for Upstairs Library, Computer Area and Media facilities. Staffroom is extended. Senior School is re-established.

1994: Desenzano Boarding House is re-located to 10 and 12 Rome Street. Deso upgraded with common room underneath. The Deborah Jean Real Memorial tree (Cape Chestnut) is transplanted to 40 Taylor Street. Brudazzo Block is constructed and blessed and "Vision" sculpture positioned in its foyer. College Principal, Sr Leone Pallisier osu is farewelled at a garden party.

1995: A new kitchen is built and opened and blessed by Father Tony O'Keefe. 70 West Street is  purchased for boarding staff accommodation.

1996: 2 Rome Street is purchased for boarding staff accommodation.

1997: The shop on the corner of Rome and Warra Streets is purchased. 70 West Street sold. The position of Assistant Principal - Business and Finance created to accommodate growing student enrolments.

1998: Parents & Friends Association landscape the front garden with paving, lighting, sandstone blocks and seating. The Language Department shifts its teaching area to the Science Block. Fern Alley and the old Language Rooms are converted into Art area connected to existing Art Rooms. A lantern is received as a gift from Fujisawa, Iwate, Japan. The old kitchen is demolished, and construction commences on the Bougainvillea Room (Boarders' Dining Room). Flats 1 & 2 at 14 Rome Street are purchased. The Jean Hurley Memorial Tree (Grafted Flowering Gum) is planted in Desenzano back yard. The Bush House is constructed in memory of Miss Yolande Greet (Science/Maths teacher) by Mr Clarrie Reis in Merici Courtyard from plans designed and produced by Year 9 Graphics students. Sr Helen Dyson osu, Assistant Principal Boarding, departs for twelve months to participate in an Ursuline Renewal program. The new College banner is unveiled.

1999: The Bougainvillea Room is opened. Old Dining Room and Rainbow Alley refurbished into extended staff facilities. Sr Anne Surtees osu is farewelled. The inaugural Grandparents' Day and Gourmet Dinner held. Delivery of new College bus. New College banner. A walkway is constructed connecting laboratories in S Block to those in M Block.
